1. Data Controller
The legal entity responsible for the processing of your data (Data Controller) is Zero Gravity Games, located in Spain.
2. Meta Horizon User Data We Collect
To provide core gameplay functionality, social interactions, and network features, World Flight requests access to specific Meta Horizon platform features. We strictly collect and process only the following data:
User ID: We access your unique platform identifier assigned by Meta. This is used solely to authenticate your account, maintain your persistent game progress across sessions, manage cloud saves, and securely register your scores on the global leaderboards.
User Profile: We access your basic Meta Horizon public profile information, including your display name and avatar. This data is used exclusively to personalize your in-game experience, rendering your name and profile identity within the aircraft cockpit, menus, and scoreboard interfaces.
Friends (Friend List): We access your Meta Horizon friend list to enable the social and multiplayer features of the Game. This permission allows you to see which of your friends also own World Flight, view their high scores on your personal leaderboards, and facilitate in-game matchmaking or flight invitations to fly together. We do not store your friend list on external servers, nor do we share it with third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
The collected Meta Horizon User Data and Personal Information are used strictly for:
Providing and maintaining the Game's core features.
Managing game sessions and saving player progress.
Providing customer support when you contact us via email.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Meta Horizon User Data to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Processors
We employ third-party companies (Data Processors) to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used (Analytics and measurements).

Data Processing Location: Please note that these third-party processors are primarily located in, and process data within, the United States of America. These third parties have access to your data only to perform assigned tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
5. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain your Meta Horizon User Data and Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service.
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data, User ID, User Profile, and any associated game progress at any time. To request data deletion, please contact us directly at: 0g.zer0gravitygames@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Upon receiving your request, we will delete your information from our active servers and request deletion from our third-party processors within 30 days.
6. Security
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
